Our Fine organic black olives from Baronies cream is made from the variety "Tanche", harvested at less than 70km from our producer's workshop in the Vaucluse. Without capers nor anchovy, we chose to propose a simple recipe to enhance this black gold. It can be tasted alone or be used as a basis for your recipes.
