This recipe is cooked in Genova, at 100km from the PDO Genova Basil fields, by our producer Roberto. Cooked fresh, it gives its bright green color and a strong taste to the recipe. Associated to the PGI Parmigiano Reggiano, 24 months, olive oil and pine nuts, it has a great texture which completes the perfect balance of this "Pesto Genovese". A great concentration of Italy to spread without moderation !
